Yes. Tetra prioritizes on-premise/self-hosted deployment on the customer’s own infrastructure; the AI also runs locally. Your data stays in your systems, meeting data-sovereignty needs.

Tetra focuses on large enterprises and corporate groups, alongside public-sector organizations with strong data-sovereignty requirements — including commune- and provincial-level agencies now accelerating digitization. Solutions are customized to real operations, run on-premise on your own infrastructure, and make use of existing systems such as Microsoft 365 rather than forcing a replacement. Delivery follows a consultative model: survey the current state, design for your needs, and stay with you through to stable operation.

A unified digital workplace: official dispatch per Decree 30/2020, document management with AI search, drag-and-drop BPM workflows, HR & social insurance per Vietnamese law, Vietnam-standard digital signing, and tendering/procurement. Deploy on-premise or in the cloud; it can leverage Microsoft 365 (Entra ID + SharePoint) for large customers or run standalone (Authentik + MinIO).

It is not SaaS. Tetra eOffice is customized to each client’s workflows, sold through consultation, delivered in 3–6 months, starting from roughly 300 million VND. You start by booking a consultation/demo, not by signing up.

Molly is a standalone product that digitizes documents in bulk into structured data using on-premise AI (local models), so data never leaves your network. It is digitization and data extraction, not a question-answering chatbot.

A platform for internal testing and training: question banks, test sessions, certificates; the AI can generate questions from your documents (bring your own provider/model). MIT open source (free to use); setup is around 3 million VND, with day-rate development for customization.

A self-hosted WAAP (WAF + anti-DDoS + bot mitigation + API protection) with a ready reverse proxy. The binary and docs are free; support plans start at 1 million VND/month (minimum 3 months) with automatic rule sync and operational support.

Software to manage service centers and repairs: intake, progress tracking, parts and customer management. Open source (MIT license). Model: a one-time setup fee plus day-rate development.

Angler is a local-first search + crawl + research gateway that runs entirely on your machine: send a query or URL and get back clean markdown — even from pages behind Cloudflare — ready for research or for an AI agent to use. Its strengths are diverse source gathering (academic sources too), bias-resistant research (/research) and Firecrawl-SDK compatibility — in other words, a self-hosted Firecrawl alternative, great for market research, information gathering and feeding data to AI agents/RAG. Angler is also web access for AI agents / coding agents: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Cline and more call it over MCP (Model Context Protocol, via the Firecrawl MCP server) or the Firecrawl SDK to search and read the web — just point FIRECRAWL_API_URL at Angler. Angler is a Firecrawl-compatible REST API (it does not speak MCP itself); paired with the Firecrawl MCP server it becomes a self-hosted web-search / web-scraping MCP server. Yes. For example, Tetra eOffice handles official dispatch per Decree 30/2020, manages HR & social insurance per Vietnamese law, and supports Vietnam-standard digital signing (VNPT/Viettel/MobiFone/FPT). Vietnamese UI with support in Vietnam.

The Personal Data Protection Law (effective 01/01/2026) and the AI Law (effective 01/03/2026) impose stricter requirements on where personal data is stored and processed and how AI is used. Because every Tetra solution runs on-premise on your own infrastructure, personal data and sensitive documents need not leave for a third-party or overseas cloud — making compliance easier. Tetra advises on a deployment that fits your operations; ultimate compliance responsibility remains with your organization.
