Business process automation with software robots and AI

Tetra automates repetitive office work for large enterprises and public agencies. Robots carry out the rule-based steps, AI handles the steps that need reading and judgement, and everything runs on your own infrastructure. Tetra builds the automation and keeps it running; there is no platform licence to buy.

Why Tetra

Automation that keeps running after go-live

Most automation projects stall at the steps a robot cannot read, or break the first time a system changes. These four choices address both.

Software robots working with AI

Robots handle the rule-based steps: logging in, copying, matching, data entry. AI takes the steps that need understanding, such as reading documents, classifying and summarizing, which is where plain robots usually stop and wait for a person.

Runs on your own infrastructure

Robots hold credentials to your business systems and handle personal data. Every robot and AI model runs on your servers, with access control and a full activity log.

Tetra runs it long term

Robots break when a target system changes its screens. Tetra monitors, fixes and reports on them every month, so you do not need a dedicated in-house team.

No platform licence fees

Robots are built on open-source tooling. You pay per automated process and per service level, never per robot.

Illustrative scenarios

Processes worth automating first

Illustrative examples of how each process changes. Actual savings are measured on your own data during the assessment or pilot.

06 / SCENARIOS

Accounting, finance

Inbound invoices for multi-entity groups

Today
Accountants download invoices from several sources, read each one, match it against the purchase order and re-key it into each entity’s accounting system.
After automation
Robots collect the invoices, AI reads and extracts the data, the system matches it to the purchase order and posts it to the ERP. Accountants only review the mismatches.

Management, planning

Recurring reports from several systems

Today
Analysts export figures from each system, combine them in a spreadsheet and write the commentary before every meeting.
After automation
Robots gather the figures on schedule and an in-house model drafts the summary; analysts review and finalize it before it goes out.

Accounting

Bank statement and receivables reconciliation

Today
Accountants download statements from each bank and tick off every transaction against customer balances.
After automation
Robots fetch the statements, match transactions to receivables by rule and hand accountants a list of what did not match.

Public sector, records office

Data entry after paper records are scanned

Today
After scanning, staff still type every field into the business system by hand.
After automation
Molly extracts the data by template, staff review it side by side, and robots enter the approved records into the business system.

Administration, customer service

Request intake and routing

Today
Requests arrive by email and web forms; staff read, classify and forward each one by hand.
After automation
AI classifies each request, robots open a case in the system and a BPM workflow routes it to the right owner with a tracked deadline.

Legal, sales

Tracking markets, competitors and new regulations

Today
Staff periodically open each source website, copy what is new and compile it.
After automation
Angler collects new content on schedule, AI filters what is relevant and sends a digest to the team.
Engagement

From assessment to long-term operation

Fees are per process and per service level, never per robot. Tetra quotes after the assessment.

FAQ

Common questions

How is RPA different from AI process automation?

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is software that works a user interface like a member of staff: logging in, copying and entering data by fixed rules. Plain robots stop at steps that need understanding, such as reading an invoice or classifying an email. Tetra pairs robots for the rule-based work with AI for the reading, so a process runs end to end.

Do we need to buy UiPath or Power Automate licences?

No. Tetra builds on open-source tooling, so there is no per-robot licence fee. If you already use Microsoft 365, the robots can still work with it.

Where do the robots and the data live?

On your infrastructure. Robots hold credentials to business systems and process personal data, so both the robots and the AI models run in-house, with access control and activity logs that meet public-sector requirements and the Personal Data Protection Law.

What happens when a target system changes its screens?

A robot can stop working when the screens change. Under the managed-operation package Tetra monitors the robots daily, fixes them within the agreed time and reports monthly, so you do not have to.

How is process automation priced?

Implementation is priced per process and tiered by complexity; operation is a monthly fee based on the number of live processes and the service level. Tetra quotes after the assessment, once the processes and systems are clear.

Which process should we start with?

One that repeats often, follows clear rules and can be measured in handling hours, such as inbound invoices or recurring reports. If you are not sure, start with the assessment or a 30-day AI Pilot on a single process.
