Technical Lead

Are you a senior engineer who likes to code, shape architecture and lift the whole team up — without leaving the keyboard?

Tetra needs a Technical Lead to drive engineering as the team grows. You own the architecture, quality and delivery cadence of products that run on customer infrastructure — and you mentor the engineers and interns around you.

What you’ll do:

• Architecture & technical decisions: shape architecture and technology choices for products (web, API, on-premise).
• Stay hands-on: program, build and review the important parts.
• Lead the team: mentor engineers; set standards for code, tests and process.
• Deliver: work with product and operations to turn requirements into solutions shipped on time.
• Operational quality: ensure security, performance and stability for on-premise deployments.

You'll shape Tetra's engineering culture from the early days.

What matters most is technical depth, systems thinking and the ability to lift others up. You'll fit if:

• Several years of software development experience, strong full-stack or backend.
• Have designed system architecture and made technical decisions for real products.
• Experience leading and mentoring (lead/mentor), even a small team.
• Deep logical thinking, comfortable with technical trade-offs and root-cause problem solving.
• A clear communicator, proactive, with a real-work spirit.

Experience with on-premise deployment, Docker/CI-CD/Linux, application security, AI or Frappe/ERPNext is a strong plus.
