HR Specialist (part-time)

Do you know labor law and insurance well, and want a clear part-time HR role at a growing tech company?

Tetra needs someone to handle foundational HR: insurance, contracts and the policies that keep the company compliant with labor law.

What you’ll do:

• Insurance: register, adjust and handle social/health/unemployment insurance.
• Contracts & records: draft labor contracts and keep HR records compliant.
• Labor-law compliance: build and update internal rules and policies; ensure compliance.
• Benefits & leave: track leave, statutory leave and payables.
• Recruitment/onboarding support: as needed.

You keep Tetra compliant and the team well cared for.

What matters is solid labor-law and insurance knowledge, and being careful. You'll fit if:

• HR experience, strong in social insurance and policy.
• Solid grasp of the Labor Code, social-insurance law and related procedures.
• Careful, on time and keeps HR data confidential.
• Self-driven and able to organize work on a part-time schedule.
• Good communication and supportive of the team.

Familiarity with insurance/filing software, or tech-company experience, is a plus.
